Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT is a technique that uses self tapping on particular acupuncture/meridian points in order to make a movement from unhealthy or negative feeling and thought states to healthy and positive feeling and thought states. It is a way of de-escalating an intensely charged emotion and can aid in moving your body’s energy so that it flows in a balanced and natural way.
