Online & Phone Therapy

Sometimes online therapy by video conferencing may be a practical or necessary alternative to in-office visits. Whether you are going on vacation, moving away or simply canít make it into the office, e-counselling can allow you to continue your sessions via Skype, WhatsApp or FaceTime. All you need is a computer or phone with an internet connection.

If you are using Skype, prior to booking your appointment please ensure that you have an account and you are familiar with how to use it. If you do not have an account, you may download it here for free and visit the website for a tutorial on how it works. For first time sessions via Skype, I will call you prior to your session to confirm you're ready to go.

Visit Techniques & Approaches for a list of approaches that I may use, with your consent, during therapy.

50 min session: $160

Disclaimer: Online Therapy is not intended for people in crisis, who are severely depressed and/or suicidal. If this is you, receiving direct and immediate face-to-face assistance is most helpful and can be accessed by attending your local emergency room and/or calling the Community Crisis Response Service at 1-855-310-COPE (2673).
