EnerTherapy

EnerTherapy came about as I was always searching for the most effective and encompassing way to help heal others, as well as myself. Although I had always been practicing energy therapy informally in my own self-healing work, I could never give a name to what I was doing. So I read, researched, meditated, went to workshops and energy therapy sessions, and attended conferences for years. What I found was truly remarkable. Energy therapies had a way of not only tapping into our mind’s energy, as traditional talk therapies do, but also were able to tap into the energy of emotions, feelings, physical and neurochemical states. I started witnessing negative core beliefs disintegrate at a pace that I had never seen before. I saw the negative charge caused from traumas and phobias, fears, anxiety and anger, physical pains and discomfort dissipate within very short periods of time. I was seeing more hope and optimism, and perspectives about suffering change. Essentially, I was seeing happier, more brilliant people coming out of these workshops, conferences and sessions. Over time I realized, however, that it was not the actual technique or practice per se that was significantly helping these people. It was the force, power or electricity behind it that was healing.

EnerTherapy was founded as a way to integrate accredited energy tools and techniques that aid in accessing natural healing energies, into psychotherapy and counselling.
